The children on the planet Tezra are being taken on a surprise field trip and are very exited. Nyx gets so wound up that the friends take the time to teach Nyx and the others how to ground themselves using the elements of earth, wind, fire and water. They use their imaginations to calm down so they can all go safely on their trip. This practice can be used to manage any big emotion.
