Klancher, Lee: - Lee Klancher's adventures in journalism have sent he and his camera out to climb Mount Triglav in the Julian Alps, explore breweries on four continents, and ride backcountry motorcycle routes in the Bolivian Amazon, the Australian Outback, and on the island of Hokkaido, Japan. His has appeared in Men's Journal, Draft, Motorcyclist, and dozens of books and calendars. His favorite subjects are the hands-on down-to-earth folks featured in ARTISANS OF LIFE, a series of books and calendars designed to celebrate those who earn their livings doing what they love, and to inspire others to create their own path to independence.Freeman, Phil: -

Phil Freeman was born in Anchorage, Alaska and grew up between Alaska and Washington State until High School. He graduated from West High in Anchorage and went on to receive a Bachelors Degree in International Relations from the University of California at Davis. Phil was a Rotary Exchange student to Brazil in High School, an exchange student to Quito, Ecuado for a year when he was a university student, and an English teacher in Japan for two years. Phil speaks Portuguese, Spanish and Japanese fluently.
Jobs? In the past, Phil has posed as a busser, cocktail waiter, inner tube water polo referee, moose packer, sea kayak guide, fly fishing guide, river rafting guide, dish washer, ski instructor....until he started his own business, Alaska Rider Tours, in 1998. In 2008, the name was changed to MotoQuest to reflect the international nature of the business.
Phil rode a motorcycle for the first time at the age of 24. He founded MotoQuest with the idea of putting ordinary people in extraordinary situations.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
