About the Author
Peter David is one of the industry's most prolific and versatile writers whose record-breaking stint on Incredible Hulk remains a fan-favorite to this day. His similarly long-running -- and critically acclaimed -- association with X-Factor began in the early 1990s and continued in 2005. His other Marvel work includes Captain Marvel, two lengthy stints on Spider-Man 2099, Ben Reilly: Scarlet Spider and the smash-hit Symbiote Spider-Man limited series with artist Greg Land. David is also a novelist and screenwriter. Among his credits are some forty Star Trek tie-ins; original novels such as Sir Apropos of Nothing, Howling Mad and Knight Life; movies Trancers 4 and Trancers 5; and episodes of Babylon 5 and Crusade. He also co-created the TV show Space Cases with actor-writer Bill Mumy.

The cult hit Agents of Atlas helped artist Leonard Kirk cultivate a rabid fan base, but he was guaranteed pop-culture immortality following years of work on multiple Star Trek tie-ins. His collaboration with industry legend Peter David in a years-long stint on Supergirl and his role as penciler on Detective Comics during DC's One Year Later initiative further cemented his reputation in the industry, leading to a critically acclaimed run on Captain Britain and MI13. His other Marvel credits include another collaboration with David on X-Factor, as well as runs on Fantastic Four, Squadron Supreme and All-New Wolverine.

Welsh artist Neil Edwards made a splash with Marvel drawing Fantastic Four -- first collaborating with Bryan Hitch on the latter part of his run with writer Mark Millar, then splitting time with Dale Eaglesham during writer Jonathan Hickman's tenure on the title. Edwards' other notable Marvel credits include Herc, Scarlet Spider, Warriors Three and the Iron Man: Fatal Frontier Infinite Comic, as well as lengthy runs on Dark Avengers and X-Factor. He drew Final Crisis: Escape and JSA vs. Kobra for DC, and Shadowman for Valiant Entertainment.

UK concept artist and illustrator Paul Davidson's first work for Marvel came on mutant-universe titles Dark X-Men: The Beginning and New Mutants, and he has continued the association on books including Magneto, X-Factor and X-Men: Legacy.
