About the Author
Lorna Sixsmith is a blogger, author, farmer and social media trainer. Her first book Would You Marry A Farmer? was inspired following the popularity of one of the posts on her Irish Farmerette blog. After running a successful crowdfunding campaign to test the market and raise some finance, she self published it in December 2013. It is available in all bookshops with sales of 2000 copies to date. The sequel, How To Be A Perfect Farm Wife, was published in September 2015. Both books share a realistic but humourous look at farming life. After all, there are so many times when if you didn't laugh in farming, you'd cry! Complete with a look at farming in the past, comparing it to farming today, tips, quizzes and plenty of jokes.
