About the Author

Colin McInnes is Professor of International Politics in the Department of International Politics at Aberystwyth University.

Kelley Lee is Professor and Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Global Health Governance in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University.

Jeremy Youde is Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
