Bechard, Elizabeth: - Elizabeth Bechard is an integrative health coach with a decade of experience in coordinating and implementing research studies exploring human resilience, wellness, and behavior change. A graduate of Yale's Climate Change & Health Certificate program, she has taught in the health coaching program at Duke Integrative Medicine and is a certified expressive writing facilitator. Bechard lives with her husband and young twins in her native Durham, North Carolina.
