About the Author
Russ Sarratt is the Senior Director of Leadership for WinShape Foundation. Along with leading teams and developing programs for WinShape, Russ has taught over 20,000 people worldwide and has worked with companies such as Chick-fil-A, Regions Banks, Georgia Power, Nabisco, KPMG, and SunTrust Bank.

Rusty Chadwick is the Director of WinShape Teams, where he has served since 2010. In addition to leading WinShape Teams, Rusty also speaks, writes, and creates development experiences for teams and leaders. He holds a master's degree in management and leadership from Liberty University.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
