About the Author
Ike Ijeh is a practising London-based architect who is an architecture critic for some of the UK's foremost architecture and construction magazines. He is also the founder of London Architecture Walks, London's original guided walks company and one specifically conceived to bring architecture to the wider general public. In 2014 he was co-author of Architecture Beyond Criticism, an academic research book providing expert evaluation of the way architecture is perceived by and presented to society. His next book, Designing London: A Guide to the Character of London will be published in 2020 and aims to provide the first comprehensive critical analysis of London's urban character and the role architecture helps play in defining it. In 2018 Ike was named the International Building Press (IBP) Architecture Writer of the Year and he has again been nominated for the same award this year. In 2016 Ike was nominated for the Professional Publishers Association (PPA) Writer of the Year Award. As well as practising and writing about architecture, Ike also teaches extensively on the subject and has been a visiting lecturer to schools and universities in the UK, U.S. and Denmark. Ike is a born and bred Londoner who is passionate about his city and lives in the capital with his wife and baby son.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
