Jana Sedlackova is a keen author of children's books. Besides other studies she also graduated from the School of Textile Design and Management in Brno, Czech Republic. She sings in a choir, and at Christmas she loves to decorate gingerbread. She is fond of fairy tales and convinced that people who don't read them are still looking for the right one.

Alexandra Hetmerova was born in Kromeriz, Czech Republic. In 2013 she took a master's degree in Animation Film at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. During her studies she did an internship at the Animation Faculty at the Estonian Academy of Arts in Tallin. In 2012 and 2013 she worked as a coordinator of Film festival Anifilm in Trebon, Czech Republic. She created several short animated movies within her studies, some of which gained a number of awards at international festivals. Currently she is working as a film director, illustrator, and freelance artist.
