IF YOU'VE EVER HAD THE EXPERIENCE of watching someone age before your eyes and wished you could give them something to help them improve their life, or if you are the one aging, and feel lost, depressed, lonely, and unable to find joy, then you've found the right book.
At ninety years of age, Audrey C. Ralph shares her secrets for living a long, happy, and healthy life and debunks the myth that this new stage of living must be accompanied by infirmity and uselessness. Unlike other books on the subject, where the focus is on diet and exercise, or how the medical system must change to accommodate the world's growing aging population, this book focuses entirely on the individual, and gives tangible advice that will immediately begin to improve their quality of life.
In this brilliantly and simply presented book, you will:
■ Discover the 16 keys to maintaining emotional and physical health as you age
■ Uncover the 9 key areas that help you maintain a positive mental attitude and keep you mentally sharp
■ Learn about the impacts that mental and emotional health have on physical health (and vice versa)
Join the authors on this exciting journey of discovery, and learn the vital keys to living a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life in your golden years.
