About the Author

Dr. Mark R. Miller is a professor of Technology and chairman of the Industrial Management programs for the School of HRD & Technology at the University of Texas at Tyler.

Dr. Rex Miller is Professor Emeritus of Industrial Technology at State University of New York at Buffalo, where he taught technical curriculums at the college level for more than 40 years.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
