About the Author

Patrice grew up in Rhode Island. She started her walk with Jesus on Easter 2004. She graduated from St. Luke's School k-8 in Barrington, RI., Barrington High School in 1990, St. Michael's College in 1994, Rhode Island School of Design in 1998.

She has worked as a graphic designer in many businesses since 1998 and has accomplished various entrepreneur art projects. She seeks God's plan for her life each day. This book was created because of the coloring pages she had done. Holding God's hand and God's promises in the Bible have helped her as she has gone through various trials which have strengthened her faith. Meditating on God's word has been the most important healing tool for her in her life.

Patrice has been on a few Mission trips to countries including India and Mexico. She has also volunteered with missions in the US. She is outreach oriented, as God uses her in the spirit daily to share Jesus's love with those around her. Above all else receiving God's love and healing in a still place with Him has been another important healing tool she has learned, just sitting at Jesus's feet.

She tells of her salvation story... when she was 27, she felt a brokenness as well as an emptiness, she was trying to fill. On Easter 2004 at 32 years old...
"I heard "Jesus wants to have a relationship with you" from a preacher at a pulpit. I had never heard this before. That is what I needed to ground my soul and fill me with peace, and direction. I surrendered my life to Jesus, face planted at the alter. Jesus became my Lord and Savior. He came into my heart and began to change my life. I knew everything was going to be ok from that day forward. His Love never fails... It never gives up... It never runs out on me."

She holds onto this verse all the time "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
