About the Author
Andrea Gallagher Nalls is the director of experience and operations at the Tampa Bay History Center, and is the Site Administrator of Chinsegut Hill Historic Site in Brooksville, Florida. She has published and presented nationally on various topics including museum membership, guest experience and visitor services. Andrea completed a fellowship at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C. and is an American Alliance of Museums Peer Reviewer for their Community & Audience Engagement Museum Assessment and Accreditation programs.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
