About the Author

Max Humphrey spent ten years in LA designing homes all over the United States. In 2016, he moved to Portland to launch his own design firm. He has been featured in Architectural Digest, Domino, Dwell, The Wall Street Journal, and as one of Apartment Therapy's design change-makers. Max was also featured as a 'Next Wave' designer in House Beautiful Magazine and has been named one of Country Living's 100 most creative people. He lives in Portland, OR.

Chase Reynolds Ewald has been writing about design, travel, and lifestyle for 25 years. A graduate of Yale and the Graduate School of Journalism and U.C. Berkeley, she is currently Senior Editor of Western Art & Architecture Magazine. She resides in Tiburon, CA.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Shipping
