Colonial Empires reached their apex in the 19th Century.

About the Author
Warren, Ted: - Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania in 1953, Ted Warren majored in European History at Harvard College before studying in Marburg, Germany. He ended up teaching History and English for thirty-three years to grades six through twelve at Waldorf Schools in Oslo, Norway and Princeton, New Jersey.
