About the Author
Enthoven, Georgi: -

Georgi Enthoven is an international thought leader, trusted advisor, and first-time author of Work That's Worth It. As a visionary thought leader, Georgi specializes in unearthing the unique inspiration and career desires of her clients, guiding them on a transformative journey toward building a career that's good for them, and for the world. She is an optimist at heart and has a special talent of seeing potential in others. She is a firm believer that business can be used as a force for positive change in the world, and therefore is driven to elevate kind-hearted people with empathy into positions of influence and leadership.

Georgi is a distinguished alumna of the University of California at Berkeley and Harvard Business School, where she earned her master's in business administration. Her career has been anything but conventional; she often describes it as "taking the scenic route" (although the common thread throughout her career is "meaningful contribution"). Having lived in more than half a dozen countries, including South Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, and the United States, she treasures a truly global perspective, including the dynamics of emerging markets.

Driven by a passion for contribution and a relentless focus on solving real-world problems, she has worked with organizations as a founder, operating in executive roles and board positions, both for-profit and not-for-profit. She plays a pivotal role in fostering and designing businesses that positively influence its customers and community. Georgi is known for her collaborative spirit and her ability to bring compassion and creativity to any endeavor. If you are seated next to her at dinner she is likely to ask what you care about, versus what you do.

Outside her professional endeavors, Georgi places family at the forefront of her priorities. Her love for adventures, or "Adventuras," reflects her commitment to prioritize experiences over material possessions. Georgi lives in San Francisco and shares her life with her loving husband and three bicultural children, who bring joy and richness to her life every day.
