Ian has launched loyalty programmes, built new digital revenue streams for traditional retailers, and turned declining market share into stellar growth - all based on a keen practical understanding of the consumer and of the power of data and customer insight. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
