He has been on its Board since 1981 serving in various positions: Education Director, Conference Coordinator, and Editorial Chair. He remains active in the community as Member-at-Large.John has participated in many activities for the National Board of NCGR, but mainly as its Chair from 2010 to 2015. Currently, he is overseeing a research project using Focus Groups.He a popular speaker at local events in New York and other chapters of NCGR as well as other organizations, such as Astrological Society of Princeton and Astrological Society of Connecticut.
