Mary Shelley (Mary Wollstonecraft Godwin) was born on the 30th of August, 1797 and died on the 1st of February, 1851. She was a British novelist, short story writer, dramatist, essayist, biographer, and travel writer, best known for her Gothic novel Frankenstein Mary Shelley.
