I love this book because of how simple and easy, yet effective, the material is. To test the material, I read chapters within Part I that closely resembled the various phases of my life from Chapter 1 - Same Career for Many Years or Why Am I Still Here? and Chapter 2 - Returning to Work After a Long Break or How Do I Get Back In? to Chapter 4 - Starting My Own Business or I Want to Do What I Want to Do Within each chapter I was guided to sections with Part III that offered tips on how to successfully navigate the fork in the road that I've chosen. The worksheet accompanied by the wheel helped me to visually analyze the eight phases of life, from health and relationships to finances, and to determine what needed balance in my life. The references and book recommendations were a nice touch."
