Rouse, Dennis: - Dennis Rouse is the founding pastor of Victory Church, which began in 1990. Over his 30 years as pastor, he and his wife Colleen have helped build one of the most culturally diverse churches in the world, with 142 different nationalities and around 20,000 members.
