Free-world authors of prison related books usually cover political, economic, or sociological aspects of orison. However, the "nitty-gritty" details of actual prison life are unknown to all who have not been there. This is an authentic look at prison life, as told by someone who has survived the most violent prisons in the country. This book exposes taboo subjects such as "Code-of-Conduct", weapon manufacturing, drug smuggling, hiding contraband, etc. Whether you are a family member, friend, criminal justice professional, you will be transported deep into the inner sanctum of the convicted class. Criminal Justice Professionals will find invaluable insight into the mind of dangerous high security inmates, their illegal activities, and organizational structure. If you are a family member or loved one who just wants to know what transpires on the 'inside' this is the book. See survival as you have never seen or considered it. "No other book gives you the raw, uncensored truth about what prison is really like on the inside. If you want to know how the baddest men on earth survive the meanest prisons, this is the book." C.P. Prison Guard.

About the Author
My name is Dagan O'Mally, aka. "Wizard" and I have been incarcerated since 1996. I was convicted of First-degree murder and personal use of a firearm and I am currently serving a sentence of life without the possibility of parole plus ten years consecutive. I have spent the last ten years in the custody of the California Department of Corrections. California boasts some of the most violent prisons in the country. I have walked some of the toughest yards in the system and have survived to this day by living by everything in this book. What you see on television and in the movies about prison is fake and distorted. Coming into the system with no knowledge can get you killed. If you live a lifestyle of illegal activities and have yet to do state prison time then this book is definitely for you. Chances are, with growing police states and stricter sentencing guidelines that you will end up in state prison. This book is also for the curious who seek insight from the true prospective of a convict. In prison we live by our own laws, not society's. Prepare yourself with this knowledge before entering those gat4es and the percentage of your chances to survive will multiply. Most people don't leave here in one piece. Some never leave at all. Some leave in a box. Don't be a statistic.
