About the Author

Hiren R Doshi, Scrum.org professional Scrum trainer and coach, is a Scrum enthusiast and an agent for organizational change. Hiren received his bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Pune and his master's degree in computer science from the University of Massachusetts.

Hiren founded Practice Agile Solutions in 2010. He has served as an Agile transformation leader for many organizations, including Sabre Travels, Bank of America, BookMyShow, Tesco, EMC, Morpho, Oracle, Continuum Managed Solutions, Lulu, Germin8, and Aveksa. He has trained over twenty-five hundred students and more than thirty organizations in the use of Scrum.

Hiren has spent the past twenty-one years in professional software development and is experienced in BFSI, storage, online retail and e-commerce, and big data domains. He also blogs about his experiences and speaks at many Agile conferences.

Hiren lives in Mumbai (India) with his wife Swati, and two daughters, Aditi and Ashwini.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
