"My desire is to inspire you to co-author your life's narrative alongside your creator and the people in your life, to allow reflection and application to reshape your character and your leadership." - Jim Piper, Jr.

This compelling book by leadership coach, consultant, and podcast host Jim Piper, Jr., will help you better understand and articulate your story while using it to impact other people's lives. When you examine your story, the "good, the bad, and the ugly," you'll gain new perspectives,

become more self-aware, and lead yourself more effectively. You'll relate to others more intentionally and, as a result, become a better person and a better leader. Piper's inspirational words are reinforced by sound theology, logic, empathy, and personal experience. He borrows from his own stories and the stories of people he's worked for and with to exponentially improve your leadership skills!

Jim Piper, Jr. is a friend and advisor to leaders, the founder of the Lead Today Community, and the host of the Today Counts Show podcast. His clients include entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, athletes, coaches, non-profit leaders, and lead pastors. Most importantly, he is a man of faith and family.
