Landry, Claudette: - Claudette Landry is the principal of an elementary school in Davis, California. She has taught all grades, from kindergarten to eighth grade, and has worked extensively with teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies and in developing collaborative communities that maximize learning and human development. She has been a leader in professional and organizational development for the past 20 years, offering workshops, trainings, and presentations at the school, district, and national levels. Claudette has facilitated dialogues and discussions with groups from many different industries and fields to generate common understandings and to develop go-ahead strategies for overcoming challenges. She keeps teams task focused and goal oriented by further developing group members' communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Zoller, Kendall V.: - Kendall Zoller is president of Sierra Training Associates and provides professional learning seminars and keynotes on facilitation and presentation skills and leadership to schools, districts, universities, state agencies, and corporations throughout North America. His international research focuses on identifying nonverbal patterns in the learning environment and their influences on thinking, memory, and learning. In 2007 he introduced Nonverbal Communicative Intelligence as a framework to explain the cognitive, neurological, physiological, behavioral, and social foundations of nonverbal communication.

He has extensive experience presenting to and coaching a diverse range of audiences, including sales teams, senior managers, university faculty and staff, law enforcement leaders, administrators, and teachers. He is a contributing author to Robert Garmston's Presenter's Field Guide and is a Cohort I Fellow and mentor to the National Academy for Science and Mathematics Education Leadership.
