About the Author
Rodenberg, Michael: - Michael Rodenberg serves as the first non-Japanese member of the Murakami Corporation board of directors, as well as CEO of Murakami Manufacturing USA and Mexico. He has a bachelor's degree in Japanese from Brigham Young University and an MBA in global management from the University of Phoenix. Over the past twenty-five years he has worked in the manufacturing industry with assignments in Japan, China, and the US. He enjoys bridging the gap between cultures and organizations, building strong teams, and developing young people.
