About the Author
Wyche, Keith: - Keith R. Wyche is first and foremost a seasoned business leader and board director who has worked for some of the biggest names in corporate America. However, while rising through the ranks of companies such as AT&T, IBM, Pitney Bowes and Walmart, Keith became keenly aware of the challenges and obstacles minorities (particularly Black professionals) faced playing on an uneven field. In an effort to empower these diverse professionals to succeed in spite of these challenges, Keith authored the book Good Is Not Enough: And Other Unwritten Rules for Minority Professionals. Nominated for an NAACP Image Award as an Outstanding Literary Work, this first book along with his second book, Corner Office Rules: The Ten Realities of Executive Life has made Keith a highly sought-after consultant, speaker and thought leaderin the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) space.Keith has appeared on the Today Show, Fox Business News and in media outlets such as TIME, USA Today, and Black Enterprise to name a few. In the past several years he has received numerous awards including being named to the Martin Luther King Jr. International Board of Renaissance Leaders by Morehouse College for his dedication to developing young talent.
