About the Author
Dana Jacobi has written 10 best-selling cookbooks, including The Essential Best Foods Cookbook, 12 Best Foods Cookbook, Food Made Fast: Vegetarian, and Williams-Sonoma Essentials of Healthful Cooking, which was nominated for a James Beard Foundation award. As an instructor and lecturer, Dana teaches recreational and professional classes.
