He is an international speaker recognized by peers, executives, and students, with numerous awards for his innovative leadership and passion for teaching. He is the author of The Road to Mori: Smart Villages of Tomorrow (2018), The Untouchables: Three Generations of Triumph over Torment (2018), and How to Think like the CEO of the Planet (2020).Fischer, Werner: - Werner Fischer is an expert in sustainable development through technology and business model innovation and a more recent scholar in Open Innovation at UC Berkeley. He was the director of research for the Smart Village Movement in India contributing his on-ground research and use cases from Indian villages as a co-author to the 2020 published book How to Create Smart Villages.
