Baker, Thomas William: - Thomas William Baker has over 30 years of experience as a leading national health care attorney and over 15 years of experience as an Adjunct Professor in the Auburn University Physicians Executive MBA Program, for which he wrote this book. Mr. Baker has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leading practitioner in Health Care Law and he has also been named an Outstanding Physician Practice Lawyer by Nightingale's Healthcare News and selected as one of Georgia's Legal Elite in Healthcare Law by Georgia Trend Magazine. He received his A.B. degree in political science from Syracuse University in 1972, his M.B.A. from Georgia State University in 1978, and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1981.
