About the Author

Cain Carroll is a certified yoga instructor with a diverse background in wrestling, martial arts, dance, and meditation. His unique approach to yoga reflects a multicultural, multidisciplinary influence, which he uses to create an inspiring arena for personal enrichment, cultural understanding, and global transformation. He lives and teaches in Hawaii.

Lori Kimata, N.D., comes from a rich background in dance, music, and art, which she integrates into her profession as a naturopathic physician, mid-wife, yoga instructor, and international guest lecturer. She has recently returned to her native Hawai'i to cultivate an open, sacred space to practice the "Art of Living Your Love."

Ken Gray has been a professional photographer for 30 years. Gray began photographing yoga postures in 1988, marrying his passion for both yoga and photography. Gray's other photographic interests include helicopter aerial photography, tribal and native elders and cultures, children, and landscapes.
