About the Author
Shields, Scott A.: - The Associate Director and Chief Curator at the Crocker Art Museum, Scott A. Shields holds an MA and PhD in art history from the University of Kansas. He has twenty years of museum experience in the Midwest and California. Having curated more than fifty exhibitions, he has been the primary or sole author of numerous exhibition catalogues, including Artists at Continent's End: The Monterey Peninsula Art Colony, 1875-1907; Edgar Payne: The Scenic Journey (Pomegranate); A Touch of Blue: Landscapes by Gregory Kondos; Armin Hansen: The Artful Voyage (Pomegranate); David Ligare: California Classicist; and E. Charlton Fortune: The Colorful Spirit (forthcoming from Pomegranate).

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
