THE BOOK THAT LIFTS THE SHEETS ON HOW TO SLEEP WHENEVER YOU WANT ... AND MORE

This may turn out to be the most important book you've ever read.

Being able to sleep when you want, for as long as you want, is the key to a successful airline career. No other shift-workers suffer the same type of rosters as flight crew: early start one day, fly to a new time zone, try to sleep in a noisy hotel (complete with bedbugs), then come back late the next day, flying all through the night.

The following day it's off again with an afternoon start and another back-of-clock flight. It never ends.

Written by a 31 year veteran, (who has only ever slept-in once), our retired A380 Captain has all the tips and tricks to guarantee you master sleeping when you want, better, and for as long as you want.

An Aussie, he pulls no punches and tells it like it is ...

About the Author
Nixon, James C.: - "James Nixon retired as an A380 Captain after flying for thirty one years - longer than most of his cabin crew have been on the planet, and many of his First Officers. He has returned to a writer's life in Melbourne Australia after living in the Middle East, where he was flying Airbuses with the same carrier for over ten years. Previously, he was flying a VIP Airbus A320 for a Saudi Sheikh based in Bahrain, and before that flew in Vietnam, England, Malta and Australia. As well as all the Airbus A380, he has flown Airbus A320, A321, A330 & A340; Boeing 727, Saab340 and Metroliner; as well as the usual squadron of general aviation aircraft. Prior to becoming a pilot he was a freelance writer and photographer and spent eight years running his own marketing and promotions business. Besides flying and writing, his other great love is photography. "Sleeping For Pilots & Cabin Crew" is his third book, he has just completed his fourth: "The Crash Of MH370"."
