About the Author
Soland, Lisa: - Lisa Soland's plays Waiting, Cabo San Lucas, Truth Be Told, The Name Game, and The Man in the Gray Suit & Other Short Plays have been published by Samuel French Inc., but her work can also be found in countless best of anthologies by French, Smith & Kraus, Applause Books, and Dramatic Publishing. She has produced and directed over 120 theatrical productions and play readings, most of which were original works. She continues to tour with her one-person show Sergeant York: The Play, based on the life of WWI hero Alvin C. York, which opened in April of 2018 in the Hub at West Park and received a Tennessee Arts Commission grant. Ms. Soland teaches playwriting at Maryville College and for the Arts in the Gap program at Lincoln Memorial University. She also leads various writing workshops throughout the United States. She has over 60 international publications, including the children's books: Somebunny To Love, The Christmas Tree Angel, The Unmade Moose, Thump, The Truth about God's Rainbow, The Boy & the Bagel Necklace, and God's Hands and Feet. She currently works as Senior Editor for both the adult and children's divisions of Climbing Angel Publishing and has edited over 40 books.Jack, Samuel: - Samuel Jack is an illustrator and writer from Highland Village, Texas. And being a true believer of the holiday season, The Climbing Angel Christmas Treasure is near and dear to his heart. For Sam, Christmastime is a period of the year where the best aspects of humanity are displayed, and the warmth of home is felt. Jack's illustrations can also be found in Bette Reed Smith's new children's book, Perusha's Paradise: How the Peaceful Kingdom Successfully Dealt with a Bully! He is currently studying acting at the University of North Texas.Arnoult, Darnell: - Darnell Arnoult is the author of the poetry collections Galaxie Wagon and What Travels With Us, and the novel Sufficient Grace. Her shorter works have appeared in various literary journals and anthologies. She has received the Weatherford Award, SIBA Poetry Book of the Year Award, and the Mary Frances Hobson Medal for Arts and Letters. Ms. Arnoult holds an MA from North Carolina State University and an MFA from the University of Memphis. She lives in Mebane, North Carolina. She teaches private workshops and is a regular faculty member of Table Rock Writers Workshop and John C. Campbell Folk School.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
