Decisions

We make them every waking moment of every day. Most are totally inconsequential, made without any thought to the potential outcome. But when these decisions potentially impact the livelihood of a business and those employed there, they deserve "far more attention" than they typically receive.

This book "meticulously" walks the reader through the critical events/decisions the led to the downfall of one of the most respected management and technology consulting companies that ever existed.

In addition, it provides an "unprecedented - behind the scenes view" of what was "going on in the background" based on my personal journal where I documented the "events of the day" as so many worked tirelessly, in an effort to stop what eventually became the inevitable bankruptcy of BearingPoint Incorporated.

This book answers the question I was asked many times after BearingPoint Incorporated declared bankruptcy. This being, "How did an organization with so many top-notch talented people, end up in bankruptcy" and ultimately provides the reader with this "insight" by discussing what I believe to be the 30 primary issues that led to this unfadeable bankruptcy.

Please visit Beaingpointinsight.com to provide your thoughts and perhaps, alternative opinions of the issues as well as the proper prioritization of the issues that led to the total collapse of one of the most respected professional services firms/companies that ever exited.
