The Massachusetts Chronicles, developed in partnership with Plymouth 400, features key events in the state's history through a 100-moment photographic timeline and over 60 newspaper-style stories, each one written as if the event has just happened. For thousands of years Native people lived in what is now the state of Massachusetts. Then, with the arrival of the Pilgrims in 1620, their world changed forever. See the story of Massachusetts unfold over 400 years, chronicled in a series of epic moments, many of which have defined US and world history. The Massachusetts Chronicles also includes QR codes that enable readers to see the history of the Bay State in a series of videos told through the eyes of students.
