SPYCRAFT MEETS SPELLCRAFT in North Valley: a slick, James Bond-style adventure fused with the supernatural suspense of The Magicians.

In this thrilling comic adaptation of the hit novel by author Blake Northcott (Catwoman) with art by Giuseppe Cafaro (Suicide Squad), a CIA black-ops division clandestinely hunts - and eliminates - the most dangerous threat in history - MAGICK.
On a routine assignment, Agent Malek discovers a spellbook more powerful than a nuclear weapon is loose amongst the public. As the world continues to spiral, it's business as usual in North Valley--a sleepy suburb known for little more than golf courses and overpriced real estate... until a series of murders casts a shadow over the town.
When Calista Scott investigates the death of her classmate, she uncovers the most dangerous weapon in existence - The North Valley Grimoire.

"I love this book. Blake Northcott has seamlessly shifted genres and proven she's as masterful in magic and fantasy as she was in science-fiction. Don't pick this up unless you're prepared to not put it down." - Mark Millar (Writer of Marvel's Civil War, Kick-Ass and Kingsman)

Giuseppe Cafaro, aka Peppe "Rain" Cafaro, is an established Italian comic book artist who has worked in the comics industry since 2010. After graduating at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, he started to collaborate in 2010 with the Italian publisher GG Studios. He has worked as cover artist for Zenescope Entertainment and Image Comics, and as both interior and cover artist for Aspen Comics (Fathom, Soulfire) and DC Comics (Catwoman, Suicide Squad). His more recent work includes collaboration with Boom! Studios, where he has worked on several Power Rangers graphic novels, and with Dynamite on books such as Vampirella and Sacred Six. His debut comic will be published by Leviathan Labs (Italy) later this year, as well as a short story that will be included in the upcoming anthology "Doomsday Machine," plus his work as the series artist on Bad Omens: Concrete Jungle (Sumerian Comics) and contributions to numerous Massive Publishing titles. Nothing keeps Nicola from drawing, not even a broken wrist in a skateboarding accident. True story.
