Dharani, Babar: - Dr. Babar Dharani is a Senior Lecturer in the Allan Gray Centre for Values-Based Leadership at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town. Babar is a Business Finance Professional (B.F.P.) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (F.C.A.). His career started at Deloitte in London (UK), and his consultancy career led him to work in audit and assurance, and corporate tax departments in the area of mergers and acquisitions in the largest international accounting firms (London (UK), Port Louis (Mauritius), and Nairobi (Kenya)). His PhD at the Graduate School of Business (GSB) focused on happiness at work.April, Kurt: - Prof. Kurt April is the Endowed Chair and Director of the Allan Gray Centre for Values-Based Leadership, specialising in Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion, at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town. He is also an Orchestrator and Faculty member for Duke CE at Duke University, and Adjunct Faculty member of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
