About the Author
Bruce Wrisley is an 88 years old Senior. He has been a real estate broker for 57 years in Marin County, California. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Occidental College and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Stanford University. He has combined his experience and education to do "Real Estate Counseling" with Seniors and Boomers for the last 26 years. He taught a course at Marin Junior College for nine years entitled "Housing Alternatives For Seniors." This book is written in a "counseling" style, giving information and options, stating the advantages and disadvantages of each, so that the reader can make the best decision for them. There are "real" examples of people in the book, based on the author's counseling, but without actual names, addresses or dollar amounts.
