Seltzer, David: - David Seltzer is a distinguished investment banker and financial advisor with over 40 years' experience. He is a cofounder of Mercator Advisors LLC, raising billions for transportation agencies around the country. David has taught public finance at various universities and serves as a trustee of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, actively shaping its architectural initiatives. He lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
