She is the founder and CEO of Curative Connections, a premier consulting company offering keynote speaking, consultation, and sport psychology services. Dr. Deering earned her B.A. degree in biology from Brown University, M. Ed. degree from Cambridge College, and her doctoral degree in counseling psychology from Rutgers University.
