About the Author
I have dealt with depression and social anxiety for as long as I can remember, but I have learned to embrace it rather than run away from it. Throughout my journey, I have met many other people who have dealt with similar issues. Listening to what they go through has made a big difference to my life. This is why I started writing books - I wanted to share the experiences of those around me and my own. I hope I can show people that they're not alone. I've been told I write clearly and summarize well, so I plan on expanding my horizons and writing about many different common disorders or issues people have. And if you just want to know what it's like to suffer from a psychological issue, I think you'll find my books useful too.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
