Linda Ours Rago has a unique window into the vanishing traditional Appalachian culture with its reliance on herbal healing. She has heard the herbal lore of 3 generations of women in her own family and during her long career as an herbalist, author, and teacher has shared herbal wisdom with thousands of other people. She brings not only first-hand knowledge of herbal remedies and habits to this her fifth book, but also the magic ingredient of affection, humor and respect for the plants themselves. She is author of Dooryard Herbs, Dooryard Herb Cookbook, Mugworts in May, and The Herbal Almanac. Linda lives in Harpers Ferry, WV.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
