About the Author
DAVID DeSTENO is a professor of psychology at Northeastern University. He is also a fellow of the American Psychological Association, where he is editor in chief of the journal Emotion. His work has appeared in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Pacific Standard, and other publications.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
