About the Author
DINO MARTINS is an entomologist and National Geographic Emerging Explorer whose work focuses on studying pollinators. He received his Ph.D. in organismic and evolutionary biology from Harvard University and serves as the executive director of the Mpala Research Center and a research scholar through Princeton University's Ecology and Evolutionary Biology department. He lives and works in Kenya, where he chairs the Insect Committee of Nature Kenya.
