Aulus Hirtius (natus circa 90 a.C.n., mortuus anno 43 a.C.n. die 21 Aprilis ad Mutinam) vir Romanus et litteratus fuit qui Caesaris partes constantissime ac fidelissime secutus est. Post Caesaris necem adversus Marcum Antonium pugnavit. Aulus Hirtius Caesarem in Galliam comitatus est ubi familiarissime eo usus est. Cum autem in Commentariis Iulii Caesaris nulla mentio eius reperiatur, nec proeliis interfuisse nec copiis praefuisse videtur.
