She has been a speaker for the Ruth Graham & Friends ministry and has also spoken for pro-life, church groups and women's organizations.Sara has served on the board of Amnion Crisis Pregnancy Center, Ruth Graham and Friends Ministry and is currently on the board of Hope Pregnancy Center in Philadelphia.
