About the Author
Ethan Miller is currently the Athletic Director at Central Springs High School in Manly, Iowa. Along with his duties as AD, he teaches courses in Character & Leadership, Health, and Physical Education. Ethan also serves as the Mentoring Coordinator for first- and second-year teachers. He is still very involved in coaching, serving as the Head Baseball Coach and Assistant Girls Track & Field Coach. Ethan garnered all-American honors playing baseball at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, and is a member of the Northwestern College Athletic Hall of Fame. He has a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and a master's degree in Sports Management. Ethan is co-author of The Mental Game for Athletic Administration with Brian Cain, who is the top mental conditioning and peak performance coach in the world.
