Russell Ruffin is an Emmy Award Winning television news veteran and author. Gathering information for his book, Ruffin has been at the center of breaking news from the 2015 riots in Baltimore to the civil unrest in Ferguson, MO. He has worked as a reporter for both NBC as well as Fox News Channel. Today he works with Law Enforcement Agencies around the country to help them create and improve their offices of Public Information.
