About the Author
Hill, Rachel Y.: - Rachel Y. Hill, ARNP, FNP-BC has been practicing holistic nursing for over eleven years and been in the nursing profession for thirteen years. She believes strongly that we have all the tools within, to help facilitate healing and balance in our everyday lives. She also believes that traditional medicine has a significant purpose, and is complimented well by holistic modalities. Rachel feels one of her callings is to help individuals integrate holistic modalities into everyday life, while promoting harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. Another call is call is to empower nurses and other healthcare providers to nurture themselves so that they can care for their patients that much more effectively. Rachel has a private holistic practice called Metamorphosis Holistic & Integrative Therapies where she offers various holistic modalities and holistic coaching to individuals and nursing professionals. She also currently practices in a women's health clinic, private family practice, retail health, and helps coordinate a community youth project in the inner-city of Kansas City, Missouri.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
